FRIDAY -- Pair heading to Combine.

Two AJHL stars have been invited to the 2009 NHL Combine. The list is here.

Here's hoping the NHL network provides the same kind of coverage of the combine the NFL network gives their combine. I don't even have a favorite NFL team but I'll sit and watch four hours worth of combine coverage and marvel at how the commentators come up with stuff to talk about. Great prep.

I hate weighing in on the major junior vs. junior A debate because I truly believe the best choice is different for every single junior aged player but it's nice to see some guys who might develop a little later getting a shot out of the NCAA.
