The Rules as they have been outlined by the players:
It will be a best of 3.
Game one you will get to choose which team you want to use. Game two you will get to choose which team your opponent uses and Game three (if nessecary) will be random teams.
Before the games begin there will be a shootout to see who gets home ice advantage. Both players will use Team Canada for the shootout.
