Despite the fact it was a "cardio day" at Pontiacs practice yesterday the mood was lighthearted. Good to see the team is relaxed heading into the final week before playoffs.

Kirk Belyk was on the ice and Craig Cuthbert felt no pain while working out off ice.

By my analysis if Fort Mac losses both games against Spruce Grove and St.Albert picks up a win and an OT loss/Tie then both teams would be tied with 67 points but Fort Mac would pick up 5th place because they would have more wins.
If the Oil Barrons get one point off of Spruce Grove and St. Albert wins both of their games then both teams would have 68 points but it would be the Steel who would take 5th place because both teams would have the same number of wins but St. Ablert won the season series.
