It's not just a 1988 John Cusack movie anymore. The Bonnyville Pontiacs won't have 8 men out this weekend but it will likely be close. After playing without eight regulars in their final game before the all star break the Pontiacs will get at least Jeremy Gerhardt back in the lineup for tomorrow night in Olds. Everyone else remains either "out" or "questionable".

Well rested Pontiacs doesn't mean much unless you like patterns.

Here are the results for games when the Pontiacs have had at least four days between games.

Nov 7th: W, 3-1, Drumheller, 4 days off
Nov 12th: L, 3-0, @ Grande Prairie, 4 days off
Nov 21st: W, 2-1, Brooks, 5 days off
Dec 13th: L, 3-2, @ Okotoks, 7 days off (The Pontiacs were supposed to play in Brooks on the 12th but that game was cancelled due to weather)
Jan 2nd: W, 6-5, St. Albert, 11 days off over Christmas
Jan 9th: L, 7-5, Lloydminster, 4 days off

Feb 6th: If you follow the Win Loss Win patter the Pontiacs should win tomorrow in Olds. The Pontiacs have had 8 days off thanks to the All Star break.

The most important part of getting your playoff packages is that is the ONLY way to guarantee the seat you want for your season ticket next year.

If you don't buy a playoff package and end up not sitting next to who you want to next year don't whine about it.
