The Bonnyville Pontiacs put together a very solid 70 minute effort against Grande Prairie this week. The only problem was that they played 2 games and there was an extra 53 or so minutes that wasn't so solid. It seems this team is still trying to find the intensity level they will need to become a dominant team. They have the talent and I wonder is it easier to teach intensity than talent? Surely talent is harder to find and intensity can be developed.

Lots of credit to G.P. They are a pretty solid defensive team that capitalizes on their chances. They will be interesting to follow as the trade deadline approaches to see if GM Mike Vandekamp will make and changes to bring in some more offence.
-----
Steven Seigo is questionable for tonight's game against Drayton Valley. He will be ready to go for sure against Brooks on Friday.
-----
The Pontiacs have not score on the powerplay in their last three games.

I'm looking forward to the broadcast tonight because we are adding a new feature that should provide some more insight to the team. We are adding Ryan Bailey to our broadcast crew. Ryan will be in the Pontiacs dressing room to get comments from players and coaches during the intermissions for home games. The level of access the Pontiacs organization has granted our broadcasts is far beyond anything available elsewhere in the AJHL and in most places even above this level of hockey. It is our goal to continue to build our broadcasts to offer Pontiacs fans the greatest amount of insight possible to their team.

If anyone sent me e-mail over the last 3 days I haven't recieved it. Some sort of e-mail issue at work. Try sending it again.
